Overview

Stunning and incredibly rare set of sculptural zig zag chairs and table. Super heavy and substantial, these are cast concrete, each piece formed from a single folded plane bent into a sharp, angular Z-profile. Industrial steel rebar runs inside the concrete reinforcing the chair and table giving them extra strength. Rare as is but even more rare as a set of four chairs with a matching table. Hand-cast in solid concrete with an amazing patina. Decades of outdoor exposure have left the surfaces heavily textured with lichen, moss, and weathering.  Substantial in weight and scale, these pieces are built for permanent indoor or outdoor placement — a garden, courtyard, or poolside setting where their raw, architectural form can stand on its own as functional sculpture. Great piece of design. Priced and sold as a set of 4 chairs and a matching side table.

Table Dimensions: 19.25" D,  19.25" W, 17" H

Located at our Los Angeles Gallery.
