Rare pine storage bench designed by Charlotte Perriand for the Les Arcs Ski Resort in France. Just over 7 feet long. Presently the only one of its kind for sale. Perfect patina to the Pine and an incredibly well preserved white particle board back. Entire top opens up to reveal ample storage initially used for wool blankets, pillows and clothes. Has 2 ventilation holes on each end and one in the front center to allow air to circulate and keep the chest fresh. Monumental piece of Charlotte Perriand design.
