Overview

This shimmering sconce is certain to turn heads. Manufactured in 1960s Germany by Palwa, it features gilded brass and faceted cut glass. Reminiscent of a cluster of bubbles, dozens of round glass cut stones scatter themselves across the piece, set in place with brass framing. The sconce emanates a softened light through the facade, like the warm glow of hot coals. The facade itself curves outwards from the far edges and towards the center, concealing the mounting fixture beneath. Fits three light bulbs, and can be hardwired or plugged in. Rewired for US outlets. A stunning and glitzy piece of midcentury design. Only one available. A piece of jewelry for your walls.
