Overview

Fantastic Lucite sofa by Selig with black leather straps. There are three long nickel bars running through the length of the sofa holding the black leather seat straps and back cushion straps. The bars are capped by large nickel screws. Extremely comfortable! Six cushions are removable. Good vintage condition.

Founded in 1931 by Mandell Selig and Samuel Wexler. Selig was a large manufacturer of furniture im the 1960s and ultimately selling to Simmons, the mattress company in the early 1970s. Original Selig furniture is highly sought after and increasingly hard to find.
