Blue Fiberglass Bench
A remarkable midcentury floating bench by Swiss Architect Willy Guhl. Circa 1960s. Perfect minimal design as is common with the Swiss designer. Light weight but sturdy. The electric blue seat is made of fiberglass and is suspended by a black tubular metal frame giving this piece amazing contrast and modern design. Incredible patina to both seat and frame. No cracks to either. A beautiful piece with gentle lines and strong presence.
