Green Fiberglass and Steel Bench
Remarkable mid-century floating bench by Swiss Architect Willy Guhl. Circa 1960s. Perfect minimal design as is common with the Swiss designer. Light weight but sturdy. The electric green seat is made of fiberglass and is suspended by a cream tubular metal frame giving this piece amazing contrast and modern design. Light patina to both seat and frame with a non structural small crack on side of seat as shown. A beautiful piece with gentle lines and strong presence.
