Overview

Stunning floor lamp made of California pine. Manufactured in the style of Modeline in the 1970s. Three wooden stems protrude from the lamps wooden base, each rising to a different height. Features three original glass globes atop each stem, with Edison bulbs beneath. Good vintage condition. Fantastic piece of art!

Modeline of California Lighting company was founded in 1946 in Los Angeles, CA by George Rapport, Clair Killen, and Bernard Roberts which existed until 1981. They specialized in creating and designing distinctive sculptural mid-century modern, atomic, space age, Scandinavian, and contemporary style lamps and lighted furniture with high quality woods and materials.
