Merit does its best to source the highest quality furniture and goods on the planet and we happily stand by our products. In doing so, we fully believe in the satisfaction of our patrons. Currently, Merit has a no returns or exchanges policy given the vintage nature of the goods we deal in.

Merit is eager to accommodate the needs of designers and professionals and happily offers a trade discount to those who fall within this category.

Although an appointment is not necessary in order to visit any Merit showroom, a guest is welcome to email sales@merit-la.com or call (310) 876-1440 and schedule an appointment or to request a private showroom visit for celebrity clients.

Merit currently has two showrooms; one in Los Angeles, CA and the other in Southampton, NY.

Merit happily allows our goods to be taken out on memo. We understand that these are large purchases and sometimes its best to see, touch and feel the piece in your location before purchasing. We simply ask that you have the items returned within 24 hours and take full responsibility while the items are in your care. Merit is happy to help organize shipping on your behalf. Please reach out to us for a quote, we ship worldwide. In store pick up is available for both the Los Angeles and Southampton locations. Please note that although we use discretion when choosing shippers, they are not Merit employees and we cannot guarantee or be responsible for their services.
