Stunning Mah Jong sofa designed by Hans Hopfer for Roche Bobois. An iconic sofa design made in Italy in a beautiful and vibrant corduroy. A particularly large set which includes 12 floor cushions, 3 back rests and 2 corner pieces as well as 4 matching corduroy pillows. Extremely comfortable and roomy. Floor cushions can be used as ottomans and stacked to the desired height. An array of prints and colors found in this set are all tied together by the texture of the fabric and the great casual and luxurious design which sits straight on the floor.
Layout of this sofa makes it incredibly practical for a variety of different living spaces as well as the customizable nature of the sofa itself. Would be a great addition to a living room, theatre, family room, game room and so on.
The original design goes back to 1971 and was done by Hans Hopfer. The fun intuitive design is as relevant in today's ever changing world as ever.
